The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who excels in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and leading high-performing teams. You will be the technical backbone of our products, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of engineering excellence within the team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, optimizing system performance and ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Design and implement automated testing strategies to guarantee code quality and accelerate deployment cycles.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to upskill the wider team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep understanding of React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development.
- Proven experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
