Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical culture of the engineering department.
- Write clear, concise documentation for APIs, architecture, and user guides.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
