Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical problems.
- Conduct routine system checks and ensure software patches are up to date.

Qualifications
