Responsibilities
- Tier 2/3 Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for employees in a fast-paced environment.
- Endpoint Management: Configure, deploy, and manage workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals (Windows/macOS).
- Help Desk Operations: Manage incoming support tickets efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores and rapid response times.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security audits to maintain system integrity.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower employees with self-service technical knowledge.
- Network Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing connectivity issues and collaborating with network administrators to ensure uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
