Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies like React, Node.js, and Python.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Deployment: Participate in the CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and at least one backend framework (e.g., Express, Django).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex problems and think critically.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Agile: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker).
