Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and JavaScript, driving the technical direction of projects.
- Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews and perform rigorous testing to ensure software stability and performance.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize workflows.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for APIs, architecture, and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue.js) and Python (Django/Flask) is required.
- Database Knowledge: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
