Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a remote-first culture.
