Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture planning, and ensure code quality across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
