Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise environments
- Advanced certifications in AWS/Azure and CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
