Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable cloud-based applications using Python, Java, and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline deployment
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative improvements
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive API documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python and Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and scalability
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
