Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AWS/Azure infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins/Docker
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud deployment skills
