Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to enterprise clients
- Document IT infrastructure and create SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Monitor network security and implement best practices
- Train end-users on new technologies
- Manage vendor relationships for service contracts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license for local travel
- Must pass background check and drug screen
