Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with Product Design on user-centric solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins
- Drive architectural decisions for high-traffic applications
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech community events
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in backend development (Python/Java)
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proven track record with Agile/Sc methodologies
- Strong background in distributed systems design
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code proficiency
