Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Lead agile development cycles with Jira/Confluence
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize performance using CI/CD pipelines and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption)
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Node.js/Python)
- Expertise in relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
- CI/CD proficiency with Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- AWS/GCP certification preferred
