Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, and network connectivity.
- Help Desk Support: Assist end-users via phone, email, and in-person with daily IT needs and software installation.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups to ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with internal staff and external clients.
- Documentation: Log all support tickets and incidents accurately in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional IT experience required; internship or personal projects are a plus.
- Skills: Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attitude: Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
