Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and mentor junior developers on the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
