Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for high-velocity deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Drive system reliability initiatives with advanced monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechNova at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Strong background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with observability tools and performance tuning
