Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal user experience and application speed.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to guarantee software reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, technical documentation for all systems and APIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
