Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local and cloud infrastructure (Windows Server, Azure).
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Oversee Active Directory user management and group policies.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Systems Administration.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Virtualization.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
