Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Lead code reviews and architectural discussions for enterprise-level applications
- Optimize system performance through database tuning and caching strategies
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or Go)
- Proven experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Professional certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Demonstrable experience leading technical projects with measurable impact
