Responsibilities
- Provide first-class technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior technical team to improve support protocols and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current software applications and operating systems through continuous learning.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support while keeping the customer informed of progress.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (30+ WPM).
