Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, robust software applications using modern programming languages.
- Lead architectural design and code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define product requirements and features.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability under high load.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
