Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and lead CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Drive DevOps automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and lead architecture planning sessions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with cloud-native applications
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Advanced knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification (or equivalent practical experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with systems design experience
