Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage active directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise applications
- Monitor system performance and resolve security vulnerabilities
- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology implementations
- Train staff on new software and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (Azure/O365) and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
