Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture on AWS/Azure
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct system troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Drive adoption of security best practices across the stack
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python preferred)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Proven track record leading technical projects and mentoring developers
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
