Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for internal users
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and printers
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person support
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades
- Train users on new technology implementations
- Maintain security protocols and data backups
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
