Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking architecture.
- Lead technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly copy and optimize landing pages.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and backlink profiles using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates (e.g., Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird).
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to perform technical optimizations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
