Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search opportunities and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits, including site speed analysis, mobile-friendliness checks, and structured data implementation.
- Lead on-page optimization efforts, ensuring all meta tags, headings, and content are optimized for target keywords and user intent.
- Develop and manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns and relationship management with industry influencers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO requirements into website redesigns and product launches.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving organic search rankings.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines, including core web vitals and E-E-A-T principles.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to troubleshoot technical SEO issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
