Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server performance and network stability during night operations.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for internal hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine system updates, backups, and security patches to ensure data integrity.
- Respond to critical incidents with a focus on rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to document changes and transfer knowledge.
- Ensure strict adherence to IT security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Availability to work Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
