Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Lead comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute enterprise-level SEO strategies that align with business goals and drive organic traffic growth.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring high-quality, keyword-rich content that ranks well.
- Link Building: Design and oversee link-building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports and actionable insights.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO specialists and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a management or senior specialist role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics 4.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Algorithm Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of Google’s core updates and ranking factors.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical SEO issues.
