Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and internal product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new client accounts and equipment.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others solve problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site support).
