- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate recurring issues and suggest product improvements.
- Train new hires on our standard operating procedures and troubleshooting protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, network configurations, and basic hardware repair.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
