Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing systems and hybrid cloud environments for 2026 and future standards.
- Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, engineers, and data scientists to drive innovation.
- Define technical roadmaps for quantum algorithm implementation and integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and architectural best practices.
- Evaluate emerging quantum hardware and software technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or quantum computing.
- Proven expertise in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil) or classical machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience leading high-impact R&D projects and technical strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
