Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable quantum machine learning models and hybrid quantum-classical architectures.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on error correction, quantum entanglement in neural networks, and algorithmic optimization for Year 2026 standards.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing team of quantum physicists, data scientists, and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical vision for the company, ensuring our technology stack remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Collaborative Engineering: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud infrastructure and client-facing applications.
- Patent & Publication: Lead efforts to secure patents and publish peer-reviewed research that establishes Apex Future Systems as an industry authority.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Information Science or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 2 years specifically focused on quantum computing or high-performance computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum software stacks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Project Q.
- System Design: Proven ability to design complex distributed systems that handle massive datasets with low latency and high reliability.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and successfully delivering cutting-edge technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
