Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable quantum-ready AI architectures that can handle complex, multi-variable data streams.
- R&D Strategy: Lead the research and development of novel algorithms that integrate quantum mechanics with deep learning models.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing codebases for quantum hardware environments, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, hardware engineers, and domain experts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate theoretical concepts and demonstrate feasibility to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; experience with quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, or Azure Quantum); strong understanding of neural networks and optimization algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended technical problems with creative and efficient solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving technological landscape.
