Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and safety.
- Architect and optimize deep learning infrastructure, including MLOps pipelines and model serving layers.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI, Advanced NLP).
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle petabyte-scale data and high concurrency.
- Experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion models) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects from concept to production.
