Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure delivery within scope and on time.
- Communicate complex project updates to executive stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the technology or consulting sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale initiatives from conception to completion.
- Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
