Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the 2026 product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with executive leadership.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaborate with R&D, Design, and Engineering teams to translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and specifications.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product impact and user adoption.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Communicate complex product strategies and progress to stakeholders through compelling presentations and documentation.
- Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a related field, with at least 3 years leading a strategic product roadmap.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative products that have significantly impacted business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
