Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the 2026 Product Vision and long-term strategy to stakeholders and the engineering team.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities.
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and impact.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and delivery.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or Enterprise software sector.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and managing complex roadmaps.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss system architecture.
- Experience with AI and Machine Learning integration in product development.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
