Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead strategic innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with proven track record of shipping breakthrough products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable architecture designs for complex systems
- Experience leading teams through technology adoption lifecycles
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
