Responsibilities
- Design quantum-enhanced machine learning architectures for complex optimization problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years experience implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Qiskit, or PennyLane frameworks
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of securing DARPA/NSF research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
