Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into high-quality technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain the highest standards of software engineering.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless cross-browser compatibility and fast load times.
- Participate in architectural decision-making and contribute to the evolution of our internal design systems.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to ensure system reliability and security.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an agile environment.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
