Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights for stakeholders during night operations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to transition reports and ensure seamless continuity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data processes and audit trails.
- Identify trends and anomalies in real-time data streams to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on all incoming and outgoing reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
