Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to define features.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases for performance and security.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
