Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Architect and optimize MLOps pipelines to ensure high availability and low-latency inference for millions of users.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define technical requirements and roadmap features.
- Perform rigorous data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and integrate new methodologies into our core technology stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, transformer architectures, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
