Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability using techniques such as model pruning and quantization.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Monitor model performance in production environments and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated retraining.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new methodologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Expert knowledge of ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
