Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement high-efficiency code to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure product reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with TypeScript is highly preferred.
- Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with at least one major modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Tools: Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, Yarn).
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise elegant, efficient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
