Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design scalable neural network architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data for autonomous systems.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Drive research projects focused on generative adversarial networks (GANs) and reinforcement learning models.
- Define Ethical Frameworks: Establish and enforce protocols for AI transparency, bias mitigation, and data privacy in alignment with global 2026 standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security experts to integrate AI solutions into consumer hardware and cloud ecosystems.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and researchers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within AI/ML or high-frequency trading systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical teams through ambiguity and delivering complex products on tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
