Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage complex server infrastructure across on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot network bottlenecks, and ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Manage Active Directory, security protocols, and user access controls to protect corporate data.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and drive IT strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular security audits and develop robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or IT Support.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA, MCSA) are a plus.
