Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system errors and user feedback to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces and digital assets.
- Manage social media accounts and content calendars to drive engagement.
- Support the sales and support teams with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to align on project goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong plus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for learning new tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
